ABCs of Anaesthesia
Interview Preparation for Anaesthetics and Critical Care - Part 5
Show Notes

For this 5th episode we will cover clinical problems and our suggested framework, as well as some lateral thinking questions .

Kas also asked me an impromptu clinical scenario of a patient in recovery with an LMA who is now regurgitating gastric contents. A really tricky situation especially as a HMO, but I try and give an answer to this question in a systematic way.

Here are a few resources we mention:

There will be a clear focus on anaesthetics and critical care, but the principles covered will be relevant to all specialty training college interviews, and even to trainees applying for resident and internship positions.
